Building Survey

The Building Survey report is a detailed report on the structure and condition of the property and is suitable if the property is of non traditional construction, dilapidated or has been subject to previous structural alterations.

A thorough inspection of the building both inside and out is carried out, to include roof voids and gardens/garages etc.

The report provides a description of the construction and condition of the property and will note both major and minor defects and their implcations if not remedied.

Our Building Survey report is supplied with colour photographs and can include an assessment of the rebuilding cost for insurance purposes if required.

All of our reports are delivered electronically.  A hard, bound copy is available upon request.
